Short pieces of text the agent should always know.
Snippets train your agent on specific content that isn't available online — your brand story, product or service benefits, a return-policy line, a shipping cutoff.
Add a snippet
Give it a Topic (a short label) and the Content (the text the agent should know), then Save snippet. Saved snippets appear in the table below with their Topic, Length, last update, and Training status — with actions to View, toggle Visible, Edit, or Delete.
Snippets are best for small, durable facts you want the agent to always have on hand.
