Settings
Plan usage, advanced agent behavior, appearance, and instructions.
Settings holds the per-agent controls. It has four tabs: Usage, Advanced, Appearance, and Instructions. Appearance and Instructions are big enough to have their own pages — this page covers Usage and Advanced.
Usage
See how much of your plan you've used — message credits and limits for the current period — and where to upgrade if you're close to the cap.
Advanced
Fine-tune how the agent behaves. Controls are grouped into cards, each a simple toggle or slider:
Behavior
- Multilingual — let the agent reply in the customer's language.
- Proactive — let the agent suggest next steps rather than only answering.
Display & behavior
- Show sources — append the source links the answer was based on.
- Search-products attribution — when on, reveals finer controls over how products are ranked in answers.
Rerank threshold
- A score floor (0–1, default ~0.3) for how strict the agent is when matching content to a question. Higher = stricter, fewer but more on-target results.
Click Save to apply.
Advanced controls change answer behavior across every channel. Change one thing at a time and re-test in the Playground.
The other two tabs
- Instructions — the prompt that shapes the agent's identity, role, and rules.
- Appearance — how the chat widget looks.
