Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Concie. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms for that organization.
1. The service
Concie provides an AI agent that answers customer questions across your connected channels. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing, harmful or deceptive content; no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service; and no use that violates the policies of connected platforms (e.g. Meta, WhatsApp).
4. Fees & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis per your selected plan and conversation credits. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Your content & data
You retain ownership of your catalog, content and customer data. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed for the data you connect.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the service, software and brand. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.
7. Third-party services
The service integrates with third parties (e.g. Shopify, Meta, payment providers). Your use of those is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated answers may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing guardrails and approvals.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Term & termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and we will delete or return your data per our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your order form. We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new date. Continued use means acceptance.
