Enhancements

Curated query-and-response pairs that refine how the agent answers.

Enhancements let you train the agent with curated query → response pairs to improve and steer its answers. Use them to sharpen or override what the general sources produce for specific queries.

The Enhancements source tab

Add an enhancement

  • Query — what the customer asks (what this enhancement should match).
  • Desired response — the answer you want the agent to return.

Click Save enhancement (or Cancel to discard). Saved enhancements appear in the table below with their Query, Desired Response, created date, and Status, plus actions to View, toggle Display, Edit, or Delete.

Enhancements are the lever for "the agent keeps answering X for this question — I want it to say Y instead." For brand-new facts, prefer a Snippet or FAQ.
