FAQs
Add question-and-answer pairs in your customers' exact phrasing.
FAQs train your agent on the questions people ask most often. They're the most reliable way to nail the exact phrasing customers use when your site doesn't word things the same way.
Add a pair
- Add one FAQ — enter a single Question and its answer.
- Bulk import — add many pairs at once.
For each question, pick an Answer type, then provide the answer:

| Text | A free-form text answer (Markdown supported) |
| Image | Respond with an image |
| Document | Respond with a document |
| Map location | Respond with a location |
| References | Respond with a list of links/references |
Pair a question with the richest answer that fits — e.g. a sizing question with an image, or a "where are you" question with a map location.
